I moved from Germany to Lisbon with my own family, so I know how much needs doing all at once. In the Family Package, we organise everything for the whole family, so you have time for what matters most: helping your child through the fresh start.

We get to know your family
Initial call and family profile
After the free initial call, we note down what your family needs: your child’s age, languages, school preferences, budget, size of home and commutes. At the same time, we plan which documents you need for school, the lease and the authorities.

We find the right place
Neighbourhood, school and kindergarten
We show you which neighbourhoods work well for families and find the right school or kindergarten with you, whether German, international or Portuguese. We clarify places, deadlines and enrolment, so your property search then starts in the right area.

We search for you
Property search and three accompanied viewings
We search the market with the school run, space and surroundings in mind, talk to estate agents and landlords and filter out what doesn’t fit. We view the best options with you on site.

We secure your home
Lease and key handover
We coordinate your application, the negotiation and the lease, and explain every important clause. We are there at the handover and record the condition of the property. Together we set up electricity, water and internet.

We go with you
Registrations for the whole family
NIF, bank account, Número de Utente and NISS for everyone who needs them, including your child. We prepare the paperwork, book the appointments and accompany you, so your family is registered with the health system and the school.

We stay within reach
45 days of follow-up support
The first weeks of school bring new questions: a letter to parents in Portuguese, a paediatrician’s appointment, a form from a public office. For 45 days, simply message us by WhatsApp or email and we will help.
