Initial call and your home profile
After the free initial call, we note down what matters to you: budget, size, preferred neighbourhoods, commute and everything that makes a place feel like home. At the same time, we plan which documents you need for the lease and the authorities.

We search for you
Property search and three accompanied viewings
We search the market, talk to estate agents and landlords and filter out what doesn’t fit. We view the best options with you on site and tell you honestly what to look out for.

We secure your home
Lease and key handover
We coordinate your application, the negotiation and the lease, and explain every important clause. We are there at the handover and record the condition of the property.

We go with you
Registrations and appointments
NIF, bank account, Número de Utente and NISS: we prepare the paperwork, book the appointments and accompany you. Together we set up electricity, water and internet so everything in your home works.

The first weeks bring new questions: a letter from the tax office, a bill that doesn’t add up, finding the right citizen’s office. For a month, simply message us and we will help.
