2. if there is no adequacy decision by the Commission, it will ensure that such data transfers are carried out in strict compliance with legal provisions and that adequate guarantees are implemented to ensure the protection of personal data. In this context, TEJO AND TILES undertakes to sign the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.
